JF Electrical

Case study

Built for the buyers who check first.

Just Flow Electrical Services is a proudly Indigenous owned contractor headquartered in Greenacre, working across residential, commercial, industrial and government projects. The team is ISO accredited and used to live, high compliance environments, from a hangar rebuild at Bankstown Airport to a headquarters fit out for Marley Spoon. The site had to carry all of that to a procurement officer inside about twenty seconds.

What we did

Credentials first, then the work.

Accreditation, sector coverage and completed projects all had to be reachable before a commercial buyer loses patience.

01

Objective

JF Electrical competes for commercial and government work, where the person shortlisting is a procurement officer or a head contractor, not a homeowner. Indigenous ownership, ISO accreditation and experience in live, high compliance environments are the things that get a contractor onto a list. The site had to put all three in front of that reader before anything else.

02

Approach

The site is structured around the six service lines the business actually sells, from residential and preventative maintenance through to industrial power, sports field lighting and EV charging, so a visitor lands in their own category rather than a general enquiry form. Completed projects carry the proof: the hangar rebuild for POL AIR at Bankstown Airport, the Marley Spoon headquarters fit out, and a Sans Souci home taken from knockdown to full automation.

03

Outcome

The site holds up when someone checks the business before a tender or a subcontract. Ownership, accreditation and completed project scope are all verifiable in a couple of clicks, so JF Electrical arrives at the conversation already credible rather than having to establish it from scratch. Supply Nation and NSWICC credentials sit where a buyer looks for them, and residential enquiries still have a clear path of their own.
