Establish Sydney Women's Clinic online with a presence that matches the level of the clinical work. Dr Surya Krishnan practises as an obstetrician and gynaecologist as well as a gynaecological endoscopic and robotic surgeon, and the site needed to make that standing clear to a patient forming a first impression.
We developed the site on WordPress and structured it around the four areas patients actually look for: obstetrics, general gynaecology, minimally invasive surgery and midwifery. Each one carries its own written content so a patient can understand what is involved before they pick up the phone. Hospital affiliations and both consulting locations sit where they support that decision rather than buried on a contact page. Search work targeted the specialist terms people use, and the build was tuned for speed so a heavy first screen does not cost the visit.
The practice now turns up in search for the specialist terms patients use, rather than depending on referral alone to be found. Visitors arrive on a site that reflects the standard of the clinical work, can see the full range of obstetric and gynaecological care in one place, and know which hospitals Dr Krishnan operates from before they make contact. MindSite continues to manage the site.
