WordPress website maintenance, security monitoring and website support for Sydney businesses, from $250 a month. Our office is in Quakers Hill in Western Sydney, so there is a person to call rather than a ticket queue.
Julian was great to work with and smashed the website out of the park. Clean design, smooth process and excellent value. Would happily recommend him to anyone needing a website.

Why it matters in Sydney
Most Sydney businesses we take over were not neglecting their website on purpose. The agency that built it moved on, the person who used to handle it left, or the monthly plan quietly became an invoice with nothing attached to it. Two years later the site is several WordPress versions behind and nobody has logged in.
That is where it gets expensive. An unpatched plugin is one of the most common ways a small business site is compromised, and the clean-up costs more than years of maintenance would have. The quieter version is worse: a contact form that stopped sending, a checkout that breaks in one browser, a page that drops out of Google. Nothing looks wrong on the screen while the enquiries stop arriving.
Our ongoing website maintenance is built around preventing that. Updates go through staging before they touch the live site, every change has a tested restore point behind it, and the parts that actually earn you money, forms, bookings, checkout and search performance, get checked rather than assumed.

What is included
Every maintenance plan covers the same core work. What changes between a five page brochure site and a busy online store is how often it runs and how much support time sits alongside it.
WordPress core, theme and plugin updates applied on a schedule and tested in staging first, so a routine update never takes your live site down.
Malware scanning, login protection, firewall rules and security updates applied as they are released rather than whenever someone next remembers to look.
Offsite backups on a schedule, and a restore we have actually run. A backup nobody has tested is not a backup, it is a hope, and that is usually discovered at the worst possible moment.
Load times, caching, image handling and database cleanup reviewed regularly, because sites get slower on their own as content, plugins and media build up.
New staff, a price change, a service you no longer offer, a page for something new. Send it through and it gets done, rather than sitting in a queue until you chase it.
When something breaks you reach the person who knows your site, in Sydney, in business hours. Not an overseas support queue reading a script for the first time.
Your options
Not every site needs the same plan. Some clients want everything handled and never want to think about it again. Others have an internal person who makes the content changes and only need the technical side covered. We scope it on what is actually missing rather than selling a package, and the monthly figure is agreed before anything starts.
Scheduled updates tested in staging, offsite backups with a tested restore, security monitoring, performance checks and an allowance for content changes each month. For a standard business site that is the whole job. If you have multiple sites, a membership area or integrations into booking or accounting systems, the same plan scales up with more frequent checks and more support time.
WooCommerce and Shopify sites carry more risk because every hour of downtime is lost revenue and every broken checkout is a customer who does not come back. Payment gateways, shipping rules and tax settings get checked alongside the usual work, and updates are staged and tested before they reach a live store.
A decade of client work
Local, not "servicing the area"
Our office is in Quakers Hill in Western Sydney. That is where the work is done, not a serviced address added to a list of locations.
It matters more for maintenance than it does for a build. When a site goes down you want the person who knows how it was put together, on the phone, in your time zone, not a ticket handed between three people across two continents. You can also drive to us and go through the site on a big screen, which is more than most providers ranking for Sydney website maintenance can offer.
Most of the sites we maintain we also built, which means there is no guesswork about why something was done a particular way. We do take on sites built by other agencies, and that starts with an audit rather than a monthly invoice, so you know what condition it is in before you commit to anything.
Book a visit, either way →
Send us the address. We will check what is out of date, whether the backups work, whether anything is already compromised and how fast it loads, then tell you plainly whether it needs a maintenance plan or just one afternoon of work.
Straight answers
The things people ask before handing over a site they rely on. If yours is not here, phone the office and ask it.
Ours starts at $250 a month for a standard business site, agreed before anything begins. Across the Sydney market published plans run from under $100 a month to around $500, and the gap is almost entirely about how much human time is included. The cheap end is usually automated updates with nobody checking the result, which is fine until an update breaks a form and it stays broken for six weeks. Ask any provider how many hours of actual work and support the monthly figure buys, and compare that rather than the price.
Yes, and most of the sites we take on arrive that way. We start with an audit of the theme, plugins, hosting, backups, security and speed, then tell you what needs fixing before the plan starts. Occasionally the honest answer is that the site is built on something unmaintainable and you are better off rebuilding, and we will say so rather than charging you monthly to keep it upright.
Monitoring picks it up and we respond. For a site that is down rather than merely slow, that does not wait for the next business day. What we will not claim is a guaranteed response time measured in minutes at every hour of the night, because a small studio that promised that would be lying to you. If round the clock cover is a hard requirement for your business, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
WordPress is what we specialise in, including WooCommerce, Elementor and Breakdance builds, and Shopify stores we also look after. Sites on closed proprietary platforms are harder, because there is often very little anyone outside that platform can access or fix. Tell us what it is built on and we will tell you straight whether we can do a proper job of it.
Four questions separate the real plans from the invoices. Are updates tested somewhere before they hit the live site? Has anyone ever restored one of the backups? Who do I actually speak to when something breaks? And what happens to the site, the files and the hosting access if I leave? Vague answers on any of those are the answer.
Most of the sites we maintain are in Sydney, from Western Sydney through to the CBD and the Northern Beaches, but maintenance does not require anyone to be in the room. We look after sites for clients interstate as well. Being in Sydney mainly means you can sit down with us if you want to, and that you are calling someone in your own time zone when it matters.
Yes, though they are quoted separately from maintenance. Maintenance keeps the site working. Search engine optimisation is active work to make it rank, and it makes no sense to pay for that while the technical foundation underneath is neglected. Plenty of clients do both, and when we do, the maintenance checks include watching that search performance has not quietly dropped.
It is the same thing as a maintenance plan, named differently. Most Sydney agencies sell WordPress care plans as monthly packages covering regular updates, backups, proactive monitoring and some priority support time. The name tells you nothing useful. What matters is what sits inside it, so ask for the list of what is actually done each month and what counts as included support rather than comparing package names.
Contact forms that stopped delivering after a plugin update, broken links left behind when a page was renamed, images uploaded straight off a phone at full size and dragging the page speed down, expired SSL certificates, and checkout steps that fail in one browser. None of these are dramatic, and none of them announce themselves. They are found by someone looking, which is most of what regular maintenance actually is.
Layers, not one thing. Security updates applied quickly, because most compromises exploit a known hole that was patched weeks earlier. Login protection and firewall rules so brute force attempts go nowhere. Malware scanning and security checks so anything that does get in is found early. And offsite backups of your website with a restore we have tested, because the only reliable answer to a compromised site is a clean version from before it happened.
You can, and some of our clients do. It needs a staging copy to test plugin updates on, somewhere offsite for backups, a restore you have practised, and the discipline to do it monthly when nothing appears to be wrong. Most owners manage the first few months and then it slips, which is how a site ends up two years behind. If you want to run it yourself we will set it up properly and show you how rather than talk you out of it.
Yes. If you want one thing fixed, a slow site sorted out or a site brought back up to date after being neglected, we quote that as a one-off piece of work and you are under no obligation to take a plan afterwards. Plenty of people start there and only move to monthly maintenance once they have seen what the site needed in the first place.
No. We do not use lock-in contracts. Thirty days notice and the site, the files and the hosting access are yours, handed over cleanly. A maintenance plan that can only be kept by making it hard to leave is not worth having.
Across Sydney
We maintain sites right across Western Sydney and the rest of the city. These are the areas we work in most.
Three quick steps, under a minute. We come back to you with straight answers, clear pricing and a plan you can keep whether you go ahead or not.
We will audit what you have, tell you what is out of date and what is at risk, and give you a monthly figure based on the site in front of us rather than a package price. If it turns out you do not need a plan, we will say that too.
