Why it matters here
Web design for the working end of the North Shore.
Thornleigh is one of the few places on the Upper North Shore with a genuine light industrial pocket. Along the rail corridor sit workshops, joinery, automotive, building supply and trade services that keep the surrounding suburbs running, alongside the retail strip and the houses.
Those businesses serve an area with money and high expectations, and they mostly lose work for one reason: a homeowner or builder searching a specific job could not tell from the website whether it was handled, so they rang the next one.
Our website design work here is built around what the customer types. One page per capability, written so a builder or a homeowner can tell in ten seconds whether you do their job.
There is a second market on the doorstep worth structuring for. Thornleigh trades service both the Upper North Shore, where jobs tend to be larger and more considered, and the Hills side, where the volume is higher and the decisions faster. Those are different pages, not one averaged page.
The other pattern here is a good business with a website that undersells the work. Excellent joinery or restoration photographed badly, or not photographed at all, on a site that lists nine services in three words each. Fixing that costs less than a rebuild and changes the calls immediately.
