Why it matters here
Web design for firms working from a suburb with no high street.
Castlecrag is a small, architecturally distinctive residential suburb on the Middle Harbour side of Willoughby, designed by Walter Burley Griffin and almost entirely without commercial land. The businesses here are consultants, architects, advisers, therapists and specialists working from home offices.
That has one clear consequence for search. Nobody types this suburb next to a profession, so a site relying on the suburb name is invisible. The work comes from referral and from very specific problem searches, and the site has to be built for both.
Our website design work here is built accordingly. Precise capability, named people, real evidence, and pages aimed at the exact problem a client is trying to solve.
Positioning matters far more than the suburb name here. A consultant in these streets is genuinely serving the Lower North Shore and often the whole city, and a site that says so plainly, while remaining honest about the home office, reaches a catchment many times larger.
Working from home is also nothing to apologise for at this end of the market. Clients hiring a specialist care about the specialist, and a site that names the person, the credentials and the actual work reads as more credible than a generic firm page with a rented address behind it.
