Why it matters here
Web design for a strip people drive across Sydney for.
Fairfield Heights has one of the strongest food strips in Western Sydney. Polding Street and the surrounding blocks carry Assyrian, Iraqi, Lebanese and Vietnamese restaurants, bakeries, grocers, butchers and sweet shops, many with a reputation that reaches well beyond the suburb.
That reputation is largely offline, and it is the gap worth closing. People genuinely drive here from other parts of Sydney, and when they search first, most of these businesses either do not appear or appear with no photographs, no menu and the wrong hours.
Our website design work here is built for that visitor. Fast on a phone, real photographs of the food and the room, hours that are correct, and an obvious way to order or book.
Language is a genuine asset here rather than a complication. A site that carries the business name and the key terms in both English and the community language reaches both the local regular and the person searching in English from another suburb, and very few competitors do it.
The other opening here is that reputation travels by word of mouth and then dies at the search. Someone is told about a bakery, searches the name, finds nothing usable, and goes somewhere else. A simple accurate site captures that traffic with no marketing spend at all.
